We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original condition. Please note that personalized items and earrings are excluded from returns due to hygiene and customization reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the jewelry or crystal pieces in their original Swarovski blue box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton with the original packing slip.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided in your account portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days of receipt.
